Parmar Law was founded in 2016 by former Crown Counsel Sanjiv Parmar, KC, an experienced lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator. Based in downtown Calgary, the firm meets with clients in person and virtually. Sanjiv is respected by the courts, colleagues, and community for his expertise in arbitration, mediation, and contested and uncontested legal matters. He provides advice across various areas of law and has represented thousands of clients, while also mediating hundreds of disputes. Sanjiv offers mediation services to clients in British Columbia and accepts arbitration appointments across Canada and internationally. Fluent in Punjabi and conversational in Hindi, while learning French, he holds several designations, including Qualified Arbitrator, Registered Family Mediator, Certified Comprehensive Family Mediator, and an Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate.
